| Brooks, Jim "J. B." | Preference to FDSC graduate student specializing in fruits/vegetables. Then given to well qualified undergrads who have done or plan to do work with frutis/vegetables. |

| Gerber Endowed | Food Science, Vegetable Horticulture, Nutrition/Dietetics majors (preference to students with interest in pediatric nutrition); all levels - 4 $1,000 scholarships are awarded each year (a department will get 2 scholarships every 3rd year) |
| Kattan, Ahmed A. | FDSC undergraduates;can be more than one scholarship per year |
| McKee Corporation | No restrictions, may be awarded from Freshman to Graduate students. |
| Sharp, Carolyn & Roy | FDSC majors - show academic excellence & financial need |
| Steele, Joe & Gretchen | FDSC major |
| FDSC Alumni | FDSC major |
| White, John & Trannye | Six equal scholarships - one for each of the following, AEED, BAEG, ENTO, FDSC, HORT, PLPA (amount depends on available funds); need a priority; prefer it not be renewed |
